Lupin are renowned for increasing satiety (a feeling of fullness thereby reducing cravings); helping to lower your food intake through the day.
Formulite Lupin soups are very high in fibre (7-10g/serve) and for this reason we recommended adding them to your diet gradually, starting with a few per week and then building up to one per day.
