Mix entire sachet (55g) in 250-350ml of cold water
Blend, shake or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is dissolved
Drink and enjoy the goodness
Empty contents of one soup sachet into a mug/bowl
Fill with 250ml of hot water
Stir for 30 seconds before eating. Use a spoon as the lupins like to rest on the bottom.
Open up your meal replacement bar
Consume both pieces as a meal replacement or one as a snack
Consume with adequate water to maintain hydration
Add 1 sachet (18g) into 400 mL of water
Blend, shake or stir for 5-10 seconds to mix well
Recovery protein can also be mixed with other hot and cold drinks and foods
