I found formulite to be very easy to drink, although it did take a bit to get used to the less sugar than other protein shakes but that was the best thing about these shakes. There is less sugar , more vitamins, more fibre, prebiotics as well as probiotics, less carbs and higher in protein. Exactly what we need to loose weight and stay healthy.
Very high in protein. Vanilla and banana taste are really good.
