3 strawberries, finely chopped
1 tsp raw sugar (optional)
2.5 teaspoon matcha (ceremonial grade)
2 Tbsp water
1 cup milk
1 scoop Formilite Creamy Vanilla protein shake
Method
- 1 Boil the water in a kettle or saucepan, and then allow to cool for a few minutes. Add the matcha to a small bowl and then whisk in the 2 Tbsp water.
- 2 In another bowl or jug whisk together the milk and Formulite powder.
- 3 In a cup, muddle the 3 strawberries with sugar if using. Add ice into the glass then pour the formulite protein shake over the top.
- 4 Lastly pour in the matcha.
