Ingredients
Chai Mixture
3 chai teabags
1 cup boiling water
2 cups room temperature water
2 Tbsp Honey
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Chai Latte
¾ cup cup Chai Mixture
½ cup light milk
2 scoops vanilla Formulite shake
Method
- 1 First make the chai mixture by seeping the teabags in boiling water for 10mins.
- 2 Remove the teabags and mix in the honey, vanilla and remaining water.
- 3 Chill the mixture in the fridge until ready to use. Mixture can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- 4 To make a chai latte, fill a glass with ice then pour in ¾ cup chai mixture.
- 5 In a protein shaker, blender or using a drink whisk combine the milk and formulite shake until smooth.
- 6 Finally pour it over the chai mixture. Enjoy!
