Ingredients
1 ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup peanut butter
¼ cup honey
2 scoops formulite chocolate shake
1 tbsp cacao
2 tbsp choc chips (optional)
Method
- 1 In a bowl combine the oats, cacao, formulite and choc chips. Then pour in the peanut butter and honey. Mix until well combined.
- 2 Roll 1-2Tbsp mixture into a ball in the palm of your hand. Then repeat with the remaining mixture.
- 3 Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
