Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 scoops Formulite Vegetable Lupin Soup Mix
Suggested Fillings: Hummus, Avocado, Tomato, Cucumber, Sprouts

Method

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 160C and line a baking tray with baking paper or a silicon baking mat.
  • 2 Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1minute or until smooth.
  • 3 Pour over a lined baking tray and then spread out to desired thickness (around 3mm) and bake in the
    oven for 25 -30mins.
  • 4 Allow to cool for 5mins.
  • 5 Flip wrap onto a chopping board or plate and carefully peel off baking paper.
  • 6 Fill with your desired fillings and wrap it up!
