Ingredients
1 cup mango, fresh or frozen (defrosted)
1 passionfruit
½ cup water
4 Tbsp Gelatin
2 scoops Formulite Mango Passion Protein Water
Method
- 1 Add the mango flesh and passion fruit to your blender. Blend until smooth.

In a saucepan over low heat, add the fruit puree and whisk until combined. Sprinkle over the gelatin.
- 3 Once the mixture is hot(not boiling), whisk the gelatin in until it is all dissolved and there are no lumps. Continue to stir over low heat, ensuring it doesn’t come to a boil.

Once all has dissolved, remove it from the heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes before whisking in the Formulite Mango Passion Protein Water.

Finally, pour the mixture into moulds or ice trays and place in the fridge to set for 2-3 hours.
