Ingredients
3 large ripe bananas + 1 more banana for the top!
1 egg
1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt
1/2 cup maple syrup
75g melted butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup plain flour,
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 scoops formulite Vanilla Shake
2 scoops of Formulite Chocolate Hazelnut Shake
Method
- 1 Preheat the oven to 160C and line a loaf pan with baking paper.
- 2 In a bowl combine the mashed banana, egg, yoghurt, maple syrup, butter and vanilla. Then whisk in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix until just combined.
- 3 Split the mixture between the two bowls and add the vanilla shake into one bowl and the chocolate into another. Mix until just combined.
- 4 Then start spooning the batter into the pan, alternating with the chocolate and vanilla mixture. Once the pan is full, swirl a knife through the pan to create a swirl. Cut your last banana in half lengthwise and then place on top of the loaf. Bake in the oven for 50min or until a skewer comes out clean.
