My favourite meal replacement – I have one daily (without fail). Incredibly filling and remains my go-to breakfast option.
Not actually a coffee drinker but Formulite Coffee flavour is my favourite. I prefer the sachets so they can be kept at work, used on the run, etc. These shakes are so satisfying and filling – I would highly recommend.
After much research and reading I decided to try the coffee shakes as most of the comments were very positive. Not a strong enough flavour for me until I added a teaspoon of real coffee to the mix. I like what they do, but not a fan of the taste.
