What you need to know about Formulite Meal Replacement Shakes
The number of Formulite weight loss shakes you have per day will depend on your goal. To use Formulite for pre-bariatric surgery or rapid weight loss, replace three meals per day with a meal replacement shake combined with low calorie snacks.
For an LCD (Low Calorie Diet) replace two meals per day. As a tool to maintain weight loss and optimal health, replace one meal per day.

Not actually a coffee drinker but Formulite Coffee flavour is my favourite. I prefer the sachets so they can be kept at work, used on the run, etc. These shakes are so satisfying and filling – I would highly recommend.
After much research and reading I decided to try the coffee shakes as most of the comments were very positive. Not a strong enough flavour for me until I added a teaspoon of real coffee to the mix. I like what they do, but not a fan of the taste.
