Add 2 level scoops (approx 18g) into 400 mL of water
Blend, shake or stir for 5-10 seconds to mix well.
Recovery protein can also be mixed with other hot and cold drinks and foods.
All prepared products should be covered and consumed within 1 hour at room temperature or within 24 hours, if refrigerated.
