Ingredients

2 weetabix

⅓ cup coconut milk

1/2 scoop Formulite vanilla protein shake (optional)

½ tsp Lemon rind

¼ cup coconut yoghurt

1/2 Formulite Lemon coconut Meal bar, roughly chopped

Method

  • 1 Place weetabix in a container of choice. Top with protein powder if using and lemon
    rind.
  • 2 Pour in milk, enough to coat but not drown the Weetbix. Allow to sit for 5min, then
    press down firmly.
  • 3 Spread yoghurt over the top of the weetabix and then top with ½ lemon coconut
    Formulite Protein Bar and set overnight in the fridge.
