Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup fresh strawberries

2 scoops Formulite Strawberry Shake

½ cup thickened cream

1 tbsp icing sugar

Fresh strawberries to serve

Method

  • 1 First prepare the chantilly cream. Whip the cream and icing sugar in a bowl with a hand held mixer until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  • 2
    In a blender, blend the cottage cheese, fresh strawberries and formuilte strawberry protein shake until smooth. Pour into the bowl of chantilly cream and gently stir through until just combined.
  • 3 Divide amongst two bowls. Allow to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight. Top with fresh strawberries and a dusting of icing sugar if desired.
