Ingredients

300 g silken tofu
70 g dark chocolate, melted
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
3 scoops Formulite Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Powder
An optional pinch of salt
1 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt and chopped Hazelnuts (toasted to serve)

Method

  • 1 Pat the tofu dry with paper towel.
  • 2 Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave in 30sec increments until it is smooth.
  • 3 Place the tofu, peanut butter, protein powder and melted chocolate in a blender and blend on high for 2mins or until smooth.
  • 4 Pour into jars or ramekins and place in the fridge to set for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • 5 Top with crushed hazelnuts and a dollop of greek yoghurt to serve.
