The meal plan is supplied as an electronic book, and a link is supplied with the payment confirmation.

Most bariatric surgeons and dietitians recommend following an LCD Meal Plan for 2-3 weeks before surgery. Additional shakes will need to be purchased for pre-op diets longer than 2 weeks.
