VANILLA & COCONUT PORRIDGE

Ingredients

1 cup oats
2 cups coconut milk
pinch of salt
55g Formulite Creamy Vanilla shake
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Place all ingredients, except for the shredded coconut in a medium saucepan.
  2. Cook over high heat till it boils, then reduce the heat to low.
  3. Cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes till the porridge thickens.
  4. Once cooked, add coconut and stir to incorporate.
  5. Top off with your favourite toppings.
