I'd buy again.

I bought the trial pack. Sadly it contained 2 vegetable flavour and one chicken so I couldn't taste the beef; the chicken was better than the veg though, in my opinion. They were pretty tasty and reasonably satisfying, the lupins aren't bad (I actually bought some packets of lupins from the Lupin Co. to use on my diet and when mixed in other homemade soups, curries, etc. they blend in better/you don't notice them the same).

Directions

  1. Empty contents into a mug/bowl
  2. Fill with 250ml of hot water
  3. Stir for 30 seconds before consuming. Use a spoon as the lupins like to rest on the bottom.

Should only be used under medical supervision. Not suitable as sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet. Store in a cool dry place below 25°C. Keep out of direct sunlight. Product must not be used as a total diet replacement.
