Ingredients

1 punnet raspberries
2 sprigs thyme
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup ice
60ml vodka
300ml soda water

Method

  • 1 Muddle the raspberries, thyme, lime juice, orange juice at the bottom of the glass.
  • 2 Add in the vodka and ice, then top with soda water.
  • 3 Drink responsibly!
